Cannulated Screws and PEEK ImplantsOur 5-axis Contour Milling machines and Swiss Turning equipment enable both manufacturing process development and full production of finished parts from one single machine, which offers a reduced cost and better quality than traditional methods requiring secondary operations. Proprietary Electropolishing, CNC Tumbling, and Titanium Anodizing processes enable us to meet all types of finish and color requirements for orthopedic implants. We also have a full business unit with dedicated contour milling machines for production of implant-grade PEEK components.
