Entry Level Visual Inspector
2nd Shift

Job Requirements:

• Will train
• Comfortable at microscope for extended periods of time
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and vision to inspect small parts
• Overtime as needed
• Outstanding attendance

Job Requirements:

• Experience with first article, in process or final inspection
• Experience with microscopes, indicators and comparator
• CMM and/or Automated Inspection Equipment experience
• Good attendance and ability to work efficiently to achieve business goals

Job Requirements:

• CNC machining experience
• Wire or sinker EDM experience preferred
• Overtime as needed
• Outstanding attendance
• Set up experience is a plus

Toolmaker
Skills/Experience:

• Experienced machinist with 5 or more years experience manufacturing complex parts.
• Prior toolmaker experience required.
• CNC programming experience using Gibbs Cam required.
• Ability to set up and run CNC lathes and mills.
• Programming of 4 and 5 axis parts preferred.
• Experience with fixture design and manufacture is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings & blueprints.
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required.
• Advanced math skills required.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and required.

Job Requirements:

Quality Engineer
Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485 and FDA QSR
• CAPA experience/knowledge required, preferably in contract manufacturing or machining industry
• Quality Engineering experience in medical device or aerospace manufacturing preferred
• Experience preparing, coordinating, and executing validation activities including: IQ, OQ, PQ, SRS, and MSV
• Strong understanding of SPC, FMEA, DOE, inspection methods and equipment
• ASQ, CQT, CQA, and/or CQE certification is a plus
• Experience with QSRs, DHRs, and final product release preferred
• Bachelors degree in quality, engineering, or related field required
