Our 5-axis contour milling machines and Swiss turning equipment enable both manufacturing process development and full production of finished parts from one single machine, which offers a reduced cost and better quality than traditional methods requiring secondary operations. Our 7-axis contour milling and Swiss turning equipment enable us to manufacture screw and plate implants complete from a single machine.
Orthopedic
Norman Noble offers in-house anodizing capabilities for titanium-based implants to provide complete finished parts. Materials used include: PEEK, titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome (L605 / Elgiloy) and nitinol.
