Quality Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485 and FDA QSR
  • Quality Engineering experience in medical device or aerospace manufacturing preferred
  • Experience preparing, coordinating, and executing validation activities including: IQ, OQ, PQ, SRS, and MSV
  • Strong understanding of SPC, FMEA, DOE, inspection methods and equipment
  • ASQ, CQT, CQA, and/or CQE certification is a plus
  • Experience with QSRs, DHRs, and final product release preferred
  • Bachelors degree in quality, engineering, or related field required

Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred
  • Strong background in material inspection, material handling, receiving and inventory control preferred
  • 5S/6S experience is a plus
  • Prior administrative experience required, including shipping documentation
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/duties simultaneously and with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use microscope and basic measuring devices (mics, calipers, gages, pins and/or optical comparator, etc.) for material receiving function
  • Manages time well and meets required deadlines
  • Must have excellent reading, writing, math and computer skills
  • Prior experience with Export, Fed-Ex, UPS and shipping guidelines and terms preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Tow motor experience is a plus
  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs

Master Scheduler

Job Requirements

  • Experience analyzing business processes to improve ERP functionality and communicate key scheduling requirements to Customer Service, Production and other departments
  • Experience analyzing customer forecasts in ERP system
  • Maintains order modifiers/planning and global scheduling settings
  • Creates, processes and maintains jobs in the system
  • Must be able to identify shortages of materials for job orders and works with purchasing/engineering on materials
  • Ability to lead improvements for planning, scheduling and inventory management
  • Works with IT and BI Analyst on scheduling and data collection
  • Experience in production planning, scheduling and manufacturing infrastructure
  • Expert level experience with Epicor (v10) required
  • Experience with MRP, and implementation/use of Global Scheduling and planning/scheduling modules
  • Degree in Manufacturing Management or Production Planning/Control is preferred
